Our Prairie Lakes office is now open and we are, once again, scheduling routine eye exams. We have changed some of our procedures in the office to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

We have implemented COVID-19 safety procedures.

Due to the need to minimize public interaction, an appointment will be needed when placing an order for eyeglasses.

Curbside pick-up is available for glasses & contacts. Just call our office upon your arrival.

Due to orders from the State of Wisconsin, our offices will continue to function as they have been for the past two weeks until April 30.

Effective Tuesday, March 24, our Main Street office will only be open for urgent medical eye conditions and order pick-ups. We will be available to take your calls during our normal business hours to answer any questions you may have, and one of our doctors will be available for your consultation. Our hours are Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM. If you are experiencing an urgent eye condition, please call and we will advise you appropriately.
Contact Lens Orders
We will continue to take phone orders for contact lenses. Arrangements can be made to briefly extend your prescription as needed.
Order Pick-Ups
All orders that were placed at our Prairie Lakes office will be available for pick-up at the Main Street location. We will notify you when your order is available. When picking up glasses or contacts, we ask that you call ahead to pay your remaining balance over the phone and to schedule a pick-up time. Once you have arrived at our clinic, call our office at 608-825-2020 so that we may deliver them out to your vehicle.
Our goal is to help you avoid unnecessary exposure in the emergency room or urgent care. We will continue to take the necessary precautions as previously posted. Thank you for your understanding.

Starting March 23 - April 6 our Prairie Lakes office will be closed but our Main Street office will remain open. We will have two optometrists on staff performing routine exams and emergency visits. Our optical will be up and running to help with any adjustments, orders, repairs, and orders. For the safety of our patients and staff, we continue to encourage those who a feeling ill to stay at home. If you have any questions or concerns please contact our office.

At Clements Vision Care, the health of our patients, staff, and community is our top priority. During this time, we plan to stay open to help our patients with their optical needs. In order to achieve this, the following steps have been taken:

Frames for Purchase Any frames that patients have tried on will go into a basket to be sanitized before returning to the board

Cleaning & Sanitation All areas of our office are getting cleaned and sanitized repeatedly throughout the day. Our staff members are washing their hands and using hand sanitizer regularly.

Illnesses We are encouraging any of our staff members and patients to refrain from coming in if they're experiencing fever and respiratory problems.

Travel Any patients who have traveled within the last 30 days are asked to stay home and to contact us via phone, email or chat.

Payment Cash sales are discouraged but debit/credit cards are still accepted.
For any patients who may have an upcoming appointment, we can reschedule you for a different day and time if you prefer to stay home. Please contact our office if you have any additional questions.
